This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. I installed VirtualBox back, and crashes returned. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time. KB975599 - Stop error when you put a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 to sleep, into hibernation, or when you restart the computer: "0x9F " It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them. The crash took place in the Windows kernel.

It may take several trips to get them all 2.
