Updating all drivers is a bit daunting, so I began as Andre suggested and updated the network driver. it is kind of strange your system was up for only 7 mins and normally would not be trying to go to low power yet.you might be able to run cmd.exe It might take a hour or two via filedropper as opposed to 12 seconds otherwise. have a peek here
Crazy thing is, I already swapped CPU and Mobo! One though may not contain any data as it was at 0 bytes for some reason but the other 2 were both over 1kb each. - The boot time went back to normal and it stopped crashing when coming out of sleep mode.

I then went to the ASUS download support page and found the latest driver for my laptop and downloaded that one and installed. The computer will sometimes hang when going into sleep mode, sometimes it does it just fine.Totally random so far. You might want to use another server like microsoft onedrive or mediafire.
I also scanned and repaired C:/. Initial restart made me go into bios for initial setup, I just reset to default again and validated boot sequence. Anyway, it still dies. Could these perhaps be connected?
If updating iaStorA.sys does not work, take the machine back to have the motherboard replaced. Currently uploading the memory dump file from it.
