I'm actually thinking now I might stretch my budget a bit more.... Granted its different to get a laptop with windows 8 and building a desktop with windows 8 but I don't have any problems. Most of my list links to Newegg - i'm getting the stuff from Swedish retailers, but this is better for readability of specs ect. Also you decided against the m.2 SSD? have a peek here
